Well I did it! Picked up a 71 1200 sedan in bits, rebuilt a12 and still rego for $800!! Has a bit of rust in the floors and little bits at the corners of the wheel arches but nothing too bad. So ill weld it back together (knew I bought a mig for a reason) and give it a fresh coat of jam in the next few weeks then its off to daily duties! Phone wont let me post pics but there are some on facebook.

That all depends if I can find a cheap datto! $2500 for a stocko 120y or $4000 for a stanza??? Im working in welshpool now and need something cheaper to run then a 3 ton diesel cruiser.

Hey guys. So whos still playing with dattos? After selling my thou ages ago I got into the 4wd scene a fair bit, and still am, but now I have a new job the other end of the metro area I need something cheaper to run then a 3ton cruiser.

Looking for anything really. A series would be best but consider something with an L. No utes as I have a 3 month old son now so he needs to go somewhere.

Just a quick one, does anybody know any cheap dattos going atm? My missus is after a first car (at the ripe old age of 20...) and I thought what better then to get a datto for me... i mean her!
