D the 1200 wagon was sold 3 or 4 years ago. Ive never heard of it again. It was meant to be a drag car by the new owner. Good to hear about it if anyone knows of it. I enjoyed chopping the roof but I didnt like the look of it in the end.

Datsss You wont need to use a razorblade.
I beg to differ on the rubbing back between the colour - black - clear unless you are doing them all within a coupe of hours of each other.
Most average Joe's would paint the colour and then next day/weekend do the stripes etc. You are only trying to take the little shine out of the dry paint and whatever #OOPS# you get in the paint from doing it outside.

It will work but you have to stuff around masking up the stripes twice.
I would spray it all green, rub it back with 1200 or scuff it up with scotchbrite.
Mask up for your stripes and paint them, then scuff it up again and cover it in clear.
Then rub the line out in the clear and clear it again or just cut and buff it.
Either way you have to mess around at some point.

Old school member William from Dunedin had/has a 1200 which is halfway to the look you want.
