Just to let you know I have posted more pictures hope its enough pictures to learn through, now if there is anything else you need to know, just let me know I will do my best.

Thats right Harry, Liberty water/air intercooler
it sits between the passenger strut tower and radiator support panel level with the guard fits perfectly and the water nozzles face the front of the car to a pump and small radiator, its the radiator size I have to get right and place to fit it just the money restrictions at the moment.
I'll get the cooler from my parents place and fit it in and post the pitures.. and again more pictures are posted of mounts and clutch setup

Pictures have been posted,,, there seems to be a double picture of the dash oh well,,,,look in the same place theres more that all. If I were to do all this again I would probably go non turbo SR20....with Quad throttles, cams, aftermarket computer and 4 into 1 headers into 2.5 inch exhaust and would be fun,,, it would rev I mean I love turbo's but for the race track I think for the class non-turbo is the go...for now I just want to learn about racing and do the sprints and work up.

Cheers Allan

It wasn't that hard.... had to get the cross member off a Datsun Stanza and it bolts in directly...stanza and Sunny's have exactly the same suspension components and even have the same rear just the stanza diff is bigger but is also direct bolt in...this I did til I get a bigger diff. The Stanza engine cross member mounts were taken off and realighned to match the SR20 then rewelded..easy. every thing on the sr clears and I even have the standard dump pipe right back to the gearbox. only the cable to hydraulic clutch conversion was the hardest,,but was also straight forward.I customized the 180sx clutch master cylinder to fit and drilled a hole in the firewall....Yes I am in Brisbane what car have you got?

actually it doesn't really matter as long as the shocks are good.....you should ask a specialist as to what shocks can be matched with what springs....use 240k shocks with heavy duty springs. if they are standard springs use heavy duty monroes or whatever make...then they are matched properly... so they work together properly actually.

I finally got some pictures of my baby.
it on a slowdown at the moment, I'm waiting on rol cage, redoing the fuel lines finishing off the brakes, Silvia S12 diff upgrade, gauges and maybe rip the dash out to integrate a 180sx instrument cluster. Needs a custom swaybar
and suspension. It runs well very fast, I drive it once a week around the block.

All I want to know is what disc rotors are you using...or going to use?????

240k struts have a stiffer rebound and compression ....especially if you use heavy duty springs it really stabilises the whole process and cures mid corner pothole bumps and the like....and speeds its endless.
