Any 1200/datsun owners on the gold coast want to organise a cruise day ??

Not to sure they thought it was the valve stem seals im just going to get it rebuilt because i dont want to go through all the hassle of taking the engine out and it doesnt fix the problem.
How much you got on your engine?

Been out all arvo at different mechanics.
So if i think i've just got to bite the bullet and have a crack at the 10 sec mark eg. $$$$ forged pistons bore out and so on should go good with the t3/t4 turbo and injectors.
They decked the head and it was all checked and blueprinted the first time so it wasn't warped would you know a roundabout price for pistons,rings,40th over bore out,bearings and so on?

Help i've got a ca that we got in a front cut we put it in and it was smoking on deceleration, It was leaking oil & water around the head so we pulled it down and there was a milkshake so we serviced the head changed the gasket and just got it back together and it is still doing it!
Mechanic is not sure what it is he said it might be the rings from sitting around or the turbo seals but i dont really want to spend $$$$ on the wrong thing and it still does not fix it,
Has these symptons happened to anyone? HELP!

Hi im new to site ive got a ca18 1200 ute with a t3/t4 high mount i will try and post photos soon.
But i have been trying to find a 1200 coupe on or near the gold coast to buy and use as an everyday driver can anyone help me?
