Laughed my arse of over that last pic of the tray about the gravel in it :)
Should you use two lights in there to give a more even light? I'm thinking you want it to be nice and bright anyway ;) Cold cathodes would probably give a more even light aswell. Unless those LEDs are diffused a bit. Either way stay away from those Neons in my opinion. cold cathodes are the same kinda thing except better :) Better light, smaller and not as fragile.

Heres a link to a blog that has a bit of Datsun stuff and lots of info and pics of a strut conversion. Might be good for anyone considering doing the same thing. http://spam-log.blogspot.com/

Ok whipped the wheel off tonight and bashed out the broken studs.
The 120y/1200 wheel studs are not as long as the 200B for the record. Same thread and width. Damn them :)

I dont want to cut them believe me. I'm not trying to lower it huge amounts here either.
I've dropped the back by 2 inches. the king springs have lowered the front by about an inch. So the fronts up in the air still. I just need that wee bit more....

I have some lowered king springs in the front of my 1200 wagon but there just not low enough! That and the 1200 being so light don't help :)
So I'm about to put in a 120Y strut upgrade and as much as I dont want to, I need to cut those king springs. Does anyone know how much to cut off to get say another inch lower? Also do the A14 weigh much more than the A12s? Will it make a difference when I upgrade to the A14 on the weight? I figure the weight difference will be neglible.
Cheers

Does anyone know if 200B wheel studs are the same as 120Y /1200 ones?
I just noticed that the 200B I bought recently has 2 sheered wheel nuts! LOL! plenty of 120Ys laying around so.....

Why not go 120y struts? Stanza struts change the track a bit as far as I can tell?
