Hey BigEd, that would be great if you could give me your guys contact details, or give him my email so we can sort something out. I have a 2 door 1200 sedan but have always wanted a 2 door 510 as well.
Thanks
Quinn

Yea I really want one. Where are you based? Is that US or Au dollars? I'm in NZ so I'd have to sort out postage.

yea the fuel pump is probably the problem. also check your carbs are opening fully, often the throttle is set wrong and is only opening most of the way. maybe you're leaning out at high rpm, check your plugs to see if its running rich or lean. check your timing, could be out. Is it pinking or reall sluggish down low? best bet is to get some time on a dyno. I had an a12 with standard valve springs and it pulled 7 no worries, however i did notice the difference when I got doubble springs.

I've gone for the 4AGZE with a turbo. Its lighter than a CA or SR, small, there are heeps of parts, they're cheep and you can get a lot of power out of them. Oh yea and they piss off all the "keep it nissan" guys. If money was no object I would like to get two 1.3 Hayabusa motors and get the conversion that lets you make them into a V8. 2.6ltr V8 with huge hp and 10,000rmp, how could you go wrong?!! (check out this link http://thekneeslider.com/archives/2005/02/09/hayabusa-v8-engine/ )Realisticly though the A15 is probably the best budget option and you don't need a huge amount of hp to make a 1200 go well.
