2200 is awesome a ca18det half cut can go for more than that and same power! i suppose there is a lot more that needs to be fabricated than doing a CA! There is a mk1 on youtube with a turbo hiyabusa 320rwhp! it looks insane, they converted it to rwd too! Would be awesome to do tho. Mind you if you do everything properly you could easily spend 15g on a CA conversion, i don't see how this would cost less. I mean for the average person like myself. THre are alot of cheaper ways to do things when you do go CA but i'd imagine most of he parts you would need would either be custom or really hard to get a hold of.

is this really cost effective? how much would it cost just for motor, driveline and engine mounts etc???i'm guessing you might not get much change out 15grand? and then turbo etc, then you still have to upgrade brakes etc.

Well i bought a r31 diff, got everything thats attached to it and the all the handbrake assembly right up to the u section under the hand brake lever, all for $100. The diff is a borg warner 3.89 i think, and has rotors and cakliper along with sway bar and all arms that came on diff as standard. So excited!
