I would like to point out to fellow users of this site and forum, that the above statement by dat383 contains a word used by racists in our country to describe native Africans. It's considered extremely offensive and derogatory, and is a big no-no. As per Wikipedia.
However one doesn't even have to know what the word meant to see that the comment was racist and uncalled for. That's apart from the sexual abusive remarks.

At no stage in this thread were you provoked and/or forced to start being abusive. That's apart from a bit of friendly bandter, which is generally exceptable, as has been seen in other threads.

I have reported this to the webmaster, and I hope that action will be taken.

Die ding is net daar is een of twee van die ouens op die blad wat dink hulle weet alles, soos bv daai ou met se vee agt, of liefs dat hulle mening die enigste is wat iets beteken. Hulle is dan ook die wat elke keer in 'n klets soos die begin moeilikheid stook, en dit dan ongemaklik maak vir almal.

Me thinks we should stop this mudslinging. The original post was done to ask about the performance expectations of a given set of parameters, not what motor is better in what car.

All to their own, and let everyone decide if the want to use original engines, V8 or for that matter Toyota engines, but answer the question asked or don't comment if it's not going to be constructive.

When fitting the 4AGZE to my car I lowered it with the Cressida box attached into the bay. Only had to take the gearlever and box's x-member of. The radiator wasn't in there either. A12 and box is much smaller, and should fit with ease.
