Thanks sam1741. I hear about that opcion from my uncle and he said that it would be too expencive for me because they charge $500. for that. I don't have a problem with that. But my uncle said that everything else that is damaged besides the subframe would get replaced with origianl parts. Original parts here in Puerto Rico are hard to find and are expensive so the only thing I could do to fix the car is to cut the subframe from one and put it in mine.

Thanks alot Twistedweed, datto_lowrider93, littledarkone, and killer1200. Thanks for the support. As the answer to your question killer 1200, my uncle said that he has seen cars worse than mine that have gotten fixed. The only problem if I want to fix my car is that I have to cut the front end of another Datsun and put it on mine. Just that I loved my datsun somuch that I couldn't do that to her. I would sart cutting and have to stop because of how much I would be crying.

Just want to thank all the members of The Datsun 1200 Club who have helped me.

It was 5:00 am on Tuseday, August 29 and I was already on my way to school in Bayamon. I was passing a spot I know was knowen for having illegal street racing and was crusing around 35 mph which it the limit in the spot. Two car had past me earlyer that where racing and I didn't car because I wasn't in the mood for racing. I reached this turn where I saw some light coming from the oposite direction and thought that it was a car or a truck.

I saw two car coming in the curve, one quicker than the other. The faster car was in my lane and when he saw me he tryed to avoid my but it was to late. The slower car passed the one that was ahead because the faster one put on the brakes right before hiting me. My beloved Datsun 210 was impacted on the front driver side. I came out fine with minor bump and so did the other guy, but the same could not be said about my 210. The car twisted the sub frame on the left side in 4 places, bent the radiator and AC condensor, bent the font left corner inward, bent the front fender in 2 place and pinching the front tire, motor broke the engine mounts, bent the floor where the sub frame connects to the body, knocked the door out of place that it dosent close right, bent up my Project R front licence plate, and flatened the front bumper on the drivers side completly.

I have to go to the insurace company on September 8th to show them how my car ended up. But before they see the pictuers, you guys will see it first. I cryed that day because I lost my beloved friend that was my Datsun 210. Just want to tell you guy to respond to this and tell me if my car will rise again or will it need to be crushed. Something I never wanted to do to it. Thank you very much in advance for all of your replies. Long Live The Datsun's!!!

He man, I think it would be great if you where to put a rotary engine in a Datsun. My friends father has a Datsun Ute with a 13b rotary eangine with carefully selected parts from racing beat. It has a RX-7 diff and runing Mickey Tomson rubber and Crager race rims. Now, it is one bad Datsun. I got in it one and it was scary and fun at the same time when you want to do a burn out and instead you wind up doing a wheelie 4 feet in the air. All in all it is a good thing.

Did you put it and make sure that it seals it up completely?

The coupe being that a car has sexy lines a pickup don't got but then the pickup has the stregnth and the space in the engine bay to put a bigger motor in and have fun with it. I would go with the pickup if you like HP but if you like to spend time with your girl, go with the car.

Thanks a lot. The info really help. As for motor I do have the weber carb but I feel it need to get more balls. My uncle said that a turbo is good, gives it alot of power and dosen't was that much gas. Don't know if its true or not.

As for looks I was think 14" rims, custom fiberglass body kit, 2" drop all around and Honda Civic drag type spoiler.

Mines is on of these but its 2 door and equiped with an A15 from the factory.Datsun 210
