So which engine from stock is better to do head work to??

I have an A14 engine w/a15 head and a12gx manifold. What a combo!!

I would like to know whether I would get more out of the a15 bottom end or the a14 because of the more compression???

Cheers

I work for MALZ here in WA. They used to be Marlows here in WA or Rocca Bros in The east.

They got bought out by supercheap in 2003 i think. The director started his new company in 2005.

Now that ive rattled on......Thats where I bought them from

:edit Hey 120fly could you make me an insert to suit the triple guages if I send you a template of the bracket? It would look cooler if the fuel, oil pressure and water temp had a similar surround to the other two guages

I know that the needles do fit. I changed some over from some genuine su's.

It didnt change. It still dies at 3-4k rpm.
The growl out of the intake is really loud. Its louder than the exhaust. I cant tell weather it is leaning or feeding too much fuel. Dad seems to think its over fueling because the needles are out of a 1600.
