Hey guys, I am looking at getting the radiator replaced.

I heard somewhere that I could use one from a hyundai excel for an easy swap. I know anything can be adapted to fit, but I am looking for the easiest swap or should I get the old one re-cored?

Cheers -Liam

I would make a kit with the wheel and everything that you need but you would need access to an endless junkyard spares. any of the edis 4cyl stuff is from America. I could build the Kit for you guys (well guys in perth anyways).

As for what the EDIS system is. Well the EDIS module reads the toothed wheel, and gives a static 10 degrees advance across all rev ranges/load. The MJLJ does the rest using the PIP/SAW wires. yes it is like the megasquirt, but only for spark. I already have a fuel only computer for my injection.

And yes it will work on any engine setup. I have heard of a single cyl setup using EDIS.

Installing this weekend!! will post up sum piccys!

I found that because of the cam it revvs clean and quick. but when accelerating hard it struggles round 6k. the 1 1/2 inch exh at the back is strangling it. it goes 2inch out of the extractors and 1 1/2 over the diff!!!
gunna put a 2inch on over the weekend

P.S. I know the injectors are small. They are good for over 100HP on the bike but they will easily make it run rich if the mixtures are not set right!! even at 7000rpm
