Here is a write up about installing Bosch coils on a CA. I have also read about using coil from LS power trucks/utes, some have heat sinks and put out some impressive spark energy. http://www.nissansilvia.com/forums/in ... 870479&st=0&#entry5870479

Intercooler piping looks neat. I did mine very similar but cut the silicone bend on the TB back to allow more room for the radiator hose to run in front of the cooler pipe rather than over the top. ARE in brisbane are currently making up a ally hard pipe for the radiator hose which will be contected using a 90 bend heading straight down then a short section of straight hose to the thermostat housing. The hard pipe will have a bit of a kink in it along with a 90 bend, a fitting will also be added to allow for a thermo fan switch. The second pic just shows the template i made to take to ARE.

For me it is more related to parts....

Good stuff mate. Where did you get your fuel rail and injectors from?
Haltech now have a flex sensor which works with the sports ecu's so it will automatically change the fueling based on how much or how little ethanol you are running.

I have a R31 fuel tank out back so have plenty of room for it where the original tank was. Still haven't mounted it up yet though.
There should be room on the passenger side behind the cab if you are still running a standard fuel tank.

I had Noltec (not k-mac) urethane one in my ute and they deteriorated before I had driven on them. They were probably installed in the car for 7-8 year but it was alway in the garage and never left out in the elements.

Bump!

I'm back in Brisbane on Wednesday morning (3/10/12) for just under a week. PM, reply in here or send a text to the number above if you are interested. I don't have phone reception during the day at the moment but I will reply at night and once I'm home next week I'll have reception.

On a side note, Kev came over last time I was home and help me to get the CA running for the first time in over 10 years.

Cheers

Nathan
