It looks like your already heading in the right direction with no wiring in front of the strut towers.

I have a CA18 so it was easier to hide the wiring below the intake manifold and not have to worry about the heat from the exhaust manifold like yourself.

The main points would be to mount the wiring lower in the engine bay or run it behind the firewall.

I found lots of pictures on zilvia.net - just google "zilvia wire tuck thread".

A GT3071 would be capable of closer to 300kw at the wheels depending on supporting mods.

Ca18 split fire coils - $450 new
B&M S13 short shifter - $200 new
Turbo beanie - $125 new
Z32 AFM with pig tails - $150 used, unknown condition
Fuel one way valve 6AN (2 of) - $20 each new
Turbo smart boost T - $40 new
Black 8AN straight coupler (2 of) - $10 each unused but been test fitted
Black 8AN port adapter (2 of) - $10 each unused but been test fitted
Red/blue 8AN straight coupler (2 of) - $10 each new
Work wheels blue wheel stems (4 of) - $25 new

Can you even see much of the water pump once the cam belt covers and water pump pulley are installed and the engine mounted into a 1200? If anything the thermostat housing and alternator would be the most visible parts in that area.
