I have an ER40 and am planning on mounting it under the tray behind the cab. I don't have a tray floor in at the moment so it will make it easy to weld in some brackets.

I have ID2000's, only need to take a couple of mm off the shorter set of spacers.

Nice work mate.
Have you fitted your billet fuel rail yet? I ended up getting one but I need to shorten the spacers, just seeing if you had the same issue.

Alloy basically mean a mix of ingrediants with a metalic base but people general use it to mean aluminium.
The cam cover would be an aluminium alloy of some type.

Hey mate, check out lewis engines. They have a couple of package for different power goals so you can get an idea of what the different requirements area. I think the 2.3 stroker is a typo though.... http://www.lewisengines.com.au/category27_1.htm

i bought mine from a trimmers but they do have them at supercheap in the little hanging packets.

I have bought stuff off him before and it can be hard to get through to him. Have you tried calling or just emails? His brother is on Nissansilvia.com a fair bit and the ca products were developed for his car. Think he goes by d stirls. Maybe pm him on NS

I'd still use a standard one and just trim it back, atleast the bolt holes and the outside edges are already the right shape.
