As for the fit.... Well I'll tell you in a few days. Fingers crossed though. Its going into a120y. So the engine bay may be slightly larger than the 1200. I am worried about fitting the side draughts manifold and air cleaner in without hitting the side of the engine bay. I don't want to spend a lot of cash on a great carbie that just won't fit!!!

5 standard wheels all steering gear ,struts, brakes and front suspension all air con gear, headlights, drivers seat only, dash guages, maybe a crap radio or two, the body is a complete rust bucket and not worth a cracker. No drive train motor gearbox or diff. I'd love someone to collect this whole thing from my mechanic. It will be available this time next week and it's FREE!! collection only. No delivery

Wanted complete sidedraught weber and linkage and and other required assembly (bits) to suit a stock L20b. Must be in excellent order. Prefer complete unit. The transplant is progressing well ! (L20b into 120y). It should be on the road and legal in a week!
Regards Simon

great mod dude but i think old mate may be looking for an even easier upgrade. I can reccommend the stanza upgrade is great . Although I'm a sook and would strongly reccommend you have a pro do it for you. Don't muck with something as serious as brakes unless you really know what you are doing.

I'm Painting the 120y (Shirley). She is comming along okay. However!!! How does a bloke disconnect the side indicator from the body??? I've taken out the two fixing screws and I'm left with this sort of cylinder fixed to the flat plate of the orange plastic indicator. Does the cylinder screw away from the flat area ?I've worked around it so far but i really need to get it out of the way before the colour coat goes on.
Cheers
