im just wondering how many people would be interested in a cruise around the infamous mount panorama racing circuit.
no date or anything disclosed as of yet im just keen on getting some interest so that we could all get together and meet each other some time.

yep that is the website that i was talking about qik1000 but may i just mention there is a couple of rounds of the nsw state series hillclimbs up at the mount during march so ill keep you posted about any 1200 times
cheers and ive witnessed andrews times up the esses hillclimb but the last time i saw it he welded the clutch to the flywheel or something wrong with the clutch that i herd of

hi ive got a mate who has an engine out of an r 30 skyline sedan the injected l24 it has 182000 on it and has been out of the car for 4 years. all of the ports have had rags stuffed in them and he filled the cylinders up with wd40 after he took it out.
what do you think a reasonable price for this is? it has all of the bit on the engine except for the injectors which were getting secondhand anyway.

mildman there is a website with all of the ipransw track, qualifiying, and race times of every competitor.
before i bought my car i searched it because i didnt believe the times that i were told but they were correct. they give the times for oran park, eastern creek and wakefield park
my car's times(not me but the previous owner as i havent had the chance) are:
wakefield park 1.11.9
eastern creek: 1.58.75
and im not sure of the oran park times but this is with an A15 in a 1200coupe racing in the improved production class.
the only trouble is that the website eludes me at the moment so ill try looking for it and link you to it.
for my times i have only done club stuff like the Mount Panorama supersprint, esses hillclimb, and the mountain straight hillclimb.
Esses hillclimb: 33.99
supersprint: 64.68
mountain straight: 62.45.
i havent done much driving in the car so ill let you know if there are any 1200's that are faster( there were some at the australian hillclimb championships but i was the first road registered one they did like 31.something ask dodgeman as he works with the winning 1200 coupe owner and he may be able to give you some guides as to what times he has been doing.)
