hey guys, i was driving the other day along the M4 and couldnt handle not having a 5 speed for the high way...

i was wondering what would be needed to convert 4sp to 5sp, is there any gear boxes that can be just bolted up to an A12 with a shorter drive shaft?

also keeping in mind that i might go turbo later in the year!

hey guys im selling my 1971 datsun 1200 sedan
it was going to be my project to do in the next year but with buying a house and getting married in august, something had to go!
the car is how i got it a year ago, looks to me that it was started to be repaired then primed over to prevent rust..!
the car has a lot of potential, only has surface rust on driver side quart and lower radiator support.

this car is in really good condition... some TLC and it could be one of the best.
when i got the car it came with a lot of stuff, some things i can remember are:

all original panels
all glass
chrome parts
2x a12 motors
1x gearbox
2x original carby
2x manifolds
4x door trims
2x sets front lights
set of rear lights
chrome grill
chrome light surroundings
new roof lining
has all original seats but no seat belts
front and rear bumper bars
dash
and also some rims that i think its off a bluebird or something (correct me if im wrong) they ar 13" and been restored about 9 months ago with black centre and chrome lip!
and more but cant remember

the person that buys the car will also get the other things from me when my daily datsun ute is finished..!!

i personally saw and drove this car, its actually not that bad. and the suiced doors was a good touch and easier to get into the car..

oh forgot to say i bought it in Nov but started working on it New Years Day at my mates house lol,

a few drinks and a half stripped car and no way to get home lol...!
