I am looking for a set of Side Mirrors that are used on the 180/200B they have a triangle shape base (with 3 screw holes) and a silver arm that connects to a Black plastic top that supports the mirror. I will concider any mirrors that can be restored. Scratches o.k

I had a 1200 wagon a few years ago (it was great fun with a locker). You can get NEW guards, bonnet front and bumper bar, all aftermarket. A few front (Blinkers) Also aftermarket. But As posted below. the tail lights will be a little more tricky. With your rims datsun stud pattern offers you swap with old Toyota (Celica,Carolla,Carona etc) you can also use early model Lazer (like TX3 rims) Also for something more modern you can use Hyundai Excel (with Spacers in the front) or Suzuki Swift (GTI) they have some hot weels. Just double check the off-set and the clearence you have to work with before you decide and spend $$$.

I found the best way is to get them customised with a little extra thread. so you can use the tie-rod's you want and have enough room to set them up better than stock. We have an old dude in syd who rallys datto's and does them from home.

I am modifying a 1200 grill at the moment and would like to ask you club members what grill do you have on your 1200? I have seen mesh grills and old school chrome grills but(what's new) also i would like to use something that shows a little intercooler.
Any suggestion you have would be great
Pic's welcome.

I have had over the years, A few nice A Series engines from A12 twin webber to A14 Turbo and Most of the L Series motors from L18/20 heavly worked to L26 Turbo. In my Opinion the A series is the (Cheaper Option). And the L series is the Power Option. I have found the A series motors are classed as Rev engines, Rev it to go and the L20's up, are torque motors. As noted it depends on the type of racing your going to do and the best set-up for it, plus how much $$$ you want to spend.
My rule with Datsuns engines is (no such thing as stock! if a part comes off i goes back on Worked)

Hey picko with the (i have a gemini rad on my 1400 turbo ) is what i'am running too. What did you run on the dyno? I was looking at a swap over radiator that was better than the std baby one but with out the $$ expence. I'll have to check the size on the Gemi one and see if i like it. What iam trying to do is not go over the top with the A series engine, and spend too much on a temp set-up. Something that will keep me going till the CA18/SR20 conversion goes in. With then, a nice custom radiator. That's worth spending the money on. Rip Rip A Series - Sideways

I had been looking for Stanza struts for ages and could not find a pair under $400 how long ago did you try and sell yours? these are std, but from 81model and in A1 cond with low kms travelled. The imported Stanza struts were fitted to later model Stanzas from 1980 onwards (castor rods (bigger in diameter). No1 conversion for your 1200
I am happy to look at the price for genuine buyers.
