I have an EFI A series and was wondering if any members have made air boxes to keep the boys in blue happy and comply with the laws. I have a K&N Pod filter it looks and sounds great but im worried if i get pulled over im just waiting to get booked.

I was thinking of Aluminium or maybe Perspex not shore. any ideas or pics would be great.

Thanks A14Force for the info on the pistons i wouldnt know, My engine builder does all the work for me i just put it all together. These pistons were for my A14 and i found out i had 1500 oversize pistons already. so they are too small for my block. No wonder it went so hard!!

From what i can see there not Teflon (Not Shore), but if your serious i can send you a pic.

What a classic! the detail looks good from what i can see. You should get a Joker text sticker for the back window like (Its Showtime) or something crazy the joker would say. Its different and should go well at the show n shine

Good luck

Now youve done it, Nitro is the most fun by far with sound, smell and power. I have a Nitro forced 15 with tuned pipe and turbo glow plug. it 4x4 with adjustable 2 speed gears, the best dounuts, burnouts and drifts its head off, Goes through tyres even more than my Datto

What i would suggest is to find a Super Nitro club near where you live and can go one afternoon to see these things in action. I went to the Penrith District Nitro Racing club. first Tue night of the month from 7pm

They have circuit racing for single speed and 2 speed pro, then different class motors and Drag racing top fuelers. 40mtr straight line punch instead of 400mtrs (Love it)
The latest craze is Drifting, its the same cars but they put special drift tyres on. Electric is alot cheaper and a better range of cars to choose from.
I went through a few parts at the start but now im alot better and dont cash hard very often.
I have attached a pic of my latest drift shell, just feed it nitro fuel and rip rip

Being a 1600 Turbo with more power than a standard CA18T it could open lots of oppertunitys for Datsun transplants in the future.

You cant go past a CA18T in a 1200 these days but in future who knows what we will be building.
