ok how do I get tyers for my 120Y there 12" and I can't find 12", can you put 13" on? and how?

i've got that old thing (you know what) and one thats getting there. ok ok there's the this datsun 120y over at my uncles place (next door) under cover but not to sore if it goes. and one more thing I don't know whats under the hood it's a datsun but I don't know if it's a 120y or not just walked past the old shed one day and there it was got some fat tyers to. and it's red.
