set of 120y brake calipers with 120 y struts. no tops or inserts. have different size stub axels so think one might actually be 1200 coupe but have the hubs and every thing to bolt on so will still work. didn't know it til i removed them but had them in my ute for 4 years and were fine but got coilovers now. $ 40.00.

ca18det gearbox. stuck in reverse for unknown reason. $20.00 may be good for parts or easy fix but not sure.

anyone tried elongating the 75mm holes in the 1200 idler arm to make the 80mm with 10 mm bolts of the 180b fit. its only about 5 mm so was thinking of using one origional hole at the front and elongating the other as there is not much meat on the front side. that way it is locked in still. maybe even weld the front hole and redrill it at 80mm from the front. ??????????

i already have the struts brakes and hubs just need the other bits including lower control arms etc. will pay postage.

i was going to do it on my 1275 mini engine but decided to go v-tec instead. there is a guy in brisbane at a shop called reed speed. he specialises in mini's. his name is mat reid and uses a 1000cc BMW ctlinder head conversion kit.from memory they are about 1000-1500. i also remember a guy telling me from the mini scene he used a 1200 datsun block and a 1275 mini head bored out with volvo pistons in a race engine so it may well be a goer!!!!! maybe give him a ring, i'm sure he'd know the differences in the blocks.
