it sure is brand new i bought it from a local BRAKE place...lol... how could a seal go on a new master cylinder??? i double checked and it comes out between the master cylinder(bottom) and the plate on booster not looking forward to pulling out and bleeding all over again
is there any way i could have stuffed it when installing i cant imagine many ways i could have stuffed it appart from being faulty from factory but i would have thought the chances of that are very low but my luck spose the odds are there

if you work at aus post you should know that its perfectly normal to send something as small and light as a bellhousing i have sent a few before and 1 went to qld i have also sent and received alot bigger and heavier things with aus post such as radiators wheels v8 extractors which are alot heavier and larger then a bellhousing
if ya boss said it cant be sent he or she is an idiot and go to the next clossest aus post but im 100% sure a bellhousing can be sent in a cardboard box as i have done a few times before
im looking at the aus post chart on my wall and it clearly states 19kg to 20 kg is the limit it also says if its over this weight additional charges apply 1ce a price is agreed on and the deemed weight(parcels volume incubic meters x 250 is also way under the limit a bellhousing is no where near this weight and if it was you can still send it unless the post office refuses as they have the rite to refuse if over the limit and even if that was the case you work at the post office so it wouldnt be an issue but it could be double the size and double the weight and they and you would still not have the rite to refuse it as it would be well below the limit
i sell lots of things every week and never been refused esspecialy with something as small as a bellhousing

whorria i have sent a bellhousing with australia post before to qld its within the weight and size so you will have no problem at all sending it to qld
also slug 1200 i also have a c4 ready to go but the custom stall converter cost a fortune way more then the bellhousing to be made along with the special spigot bearing
how much did you pay to get it made??? and where from???

if i explain whats happening to the break place i hope they will replace it for me if thats the case
what a pain in the ass you wouldnt think a new product would be faulty
