i have a 1600 with an fj20 in it as well as my 1200 sedan. when i park em next to each other you can see the size difference in the two engine bays. the fj is a HUGE engine, mine was from a dr30 skyline so it has the bigger intake plenium and i think bigger exhaust manifold for better power but the s12 silvia had smaller manifolds witch may suit a 1200 engine bay. i love the fj, it dosn't have the same sound or feel as other 4cyl turbo engines, its chunkier and feels more brutal under power especialy when the boost is wound up form 8psi to 15

i visit the site everytime im on the internet (not often currently as im doing my hsc) but i only log on once every month at the most

out of all the forum i visit, (i visit a few now as ive commited the unthinkable sin and baught an fj20et powered 1600) this is the one that is the most interesting, on other forums no one seems to talk much. i don't always learn alot about the fj or the 1600 but it is a great read and i still own my 1200 so the info will come in useful one day.

I had my absolutly stock a12 out to 90 mph today, just find a hill and I reckon it will make 100mph just depends on weather you want to keep your car or blow it to pieces.

the hill wasn't as steep as youd think though lol
