wow, ROConnor, cleanest in vic!? well i'll say thanks, but maybe you saw it in the dark? ha!

yeah mines stock but, the biggest problem would be the upholstery, its pretty torn up, and has seat covers. that and the paint has started to flake off.

i'm happy for you to use it, but i recon it would be cool if there was more than one on the day. i big convoy of 1000's, now that would be a show.

also what the bridal party look like? ha

got parts but,
2 x quarters
2 x doors
2 x grills
bonnet
windsheild
rear seat
some chrome and other bits i needed like original radio, choke leaver, so it wasn't all bad.

brent a pair of the doors have locks, so i'll get them off and there yours.

Hey, fitted a CD player in the glovebox, so now the radio/tape player that was in the car when i bought it is useless. (and looks like crap!)

Anyone know what the 1000's came with back in the day? i want to get my hands on something, doesn't need to work, just look more original than the ugly 80's thing.

Was also maybe thinking about making up a plate with a datsun badge that covers the gap?

Any ideas/help would be great.

um, what does this mean for me?

i've got a 69 2 door deluxe, the paint is in between the white and the gray and its the original colour (still has the colour code under the bonent) door panels are off white, so are the seats. they all look original.

any ideas?
