you'll never get the tail gate up with it on there and my tail has bowed, broken the hindges (they were almost broken when i got the ute anyway)

so you may want to think about reenforcing it some how.

i've also towed 3 motor bike on a trailer. go the datsun haha

my engine needs its valves reseated and new rings.

but im too busy and i would rather take it to a mechanic.

who would be a good mechanic to take my ute to in the ringwood area of melbourne?

more of a motor bike man myself

i guess the lack of low down torque would be offset with a really high diff ratio.

the only issue with the motor bike engine would be more regualar servicing but you have to remeber that the 1000cc motorbikes are pushing about the 180hp mark these days

guess you get drive off the engine would be to remove the sporket and match the splines to something else.

reverse is your only issue really

why not go a 1400cc motor bike engine.

it would rev to next week.
sequential 6 speed (yeah six not five)

you just have to work out reverse.
electirc motor somewhere

i would go the RR for the double front brakes.

and the zx2rr, fzr are all pretty much the same bike. just depends which brand you like the most.
