Id say its been done before, but I think you'll have to knock up some custom LCA's as s13/r31 items will be heaps to big in a 1200 and have massive track/camber otherwise go for it

xtreme are #OOPS#, ive seen many #OOPS# themselves/ explode, exedy are good clutches, something that will handle abit of power but be easy to drive is a cushion button. thats what im looking at getting atm, not to sure on price yet tho

Engine horsepower.

I read that it was vintage too, but I think they will let it in seeing as it still uses a dizzy and if it was on carbs the only thing it would have over an l-series or "vintage" motor is that its twin cam.

S14 sr20de has VCT which packs a punch, but you eliminate that if you go for bigger cams.

SR20de. makes 140hp stock, buy a short motor, add webers and some poncams and you'll see 165hp easy.
