I went to all the trouble to make it fit, cut out the old radiator supports and got the tubing welded in place, cleaned up the mess and repainted (almost).
well, I invited cadet1200 (Andrew) over to talk about HIS problem of how HE was going to fit HIS radiator and intercooler (and stay within the engineering 'rules').
He kindly pointed out that my pipes on my EXA radiator are all wrong. Do'oh Do'OH DO'OH !!!!!
I have to go find a radiator with top and bottom tanks (not side ones) and both pipes on the drivers' side (not diagonally opposed). I am glad he told me I am not glad that i need to go looking for a new radiator. It would be perfect for an A Series motor though - FYI only

Cleaned up a bit in the engine bay, bent back the leftovers of the radiator support. started to repaint the tops of the strut towers (the paint was chalky so went back to bare metal) Removed the fuel tank , need to think about an R31 tank and fuel pump/sensor. Bought a cluster for an auto 180sx (s13) bought a litre of 'seam sealer' and sealed up most of the seams under the car Bought a few cans or 'Auto Flex' underbody spray and Sprayed underneath Borrowed a madddat crossmember off tommo and did another mock up
the auto does not seem to line up very well in the back of the tunnel (that may need some re 'shape-ing') but sits just under the side rails - it should be ok
I don't know why I cant imbed the photos from photo bucket so here are pics (I hate computers sometimes)

At the risk of stirring up a hornet's nest 2-Pack is deadly stuff, i hope you have the right sort of respiration gear or you could end up pretty sick.
I did mine in acrylic for that reason and still used a commercial type mask

do yourself a BIG favour and buy a decent High Volume Low Pressure (HVLP) gun and talk to the guy that is supplying your paint about what nozzle size is suitable for your particular paint
