What year is it? Does is have an auto or manual trans? Let me know and I can check to see if it is still available through Nissan.

Edit: The only stupid question is the one not asked

Found one bearing # 48025-18000.
It was called the worm bearing. Looks like it goes where the column shaft goes into the box. This # is for USA model 1200 up to 1973. Hope that helps

Looks like the valve cover used to be good old Datsun blue.....
I like the Frontier wheels on the 620, looks pretty cool.

Edit: on second thought, those wheels look older than Frontier,,,,Hardbody (D21) maybe?

Evan,
Just checked upper door hinges (coupe)
80400-h7000
80401-h7000
both are available from Nissan at about $36.00 per hinge.
Didn't check anything else and my webserver at work won't let me into the sight so I couldn't check other stuff.

PM me a list of what your looking for and I can check availability.

DD,
The catalogue for Nissan will still list the part #'s and the price list will still list the part #'s as being good. However, when you run an inquiry to Nissan to check availability, that is when you find it is available or not. So you can imagine all the times I have seen a part # still be good in the price list only to be shot down in flames (as I am sure has happened to you only I get shot down within about 30 seconds.
With that being said, If you have items that you are interested in, I can inquire to Nissan to see if they are available before calling your local Nissan Dealer (or me) and check availability.

I log in just about every day except weekends so just send me a PM.

The catalogues only get new stuff added (like new models), it seems they never delete anything

For a USA model A12 engine without a dipstick tube and just a hole in the block The length of the dipstick is 9 1/16 inches
This particular example is from a 1972 coupe and or sedan motor and is measured from the bottom of the rubber stopper, it is an even 10 inches from the top of the hole drilled in the block.

Edit: Just read your reply to Dodgeman, and it would appear the info I supplied will not do you much good , sorry

Chris,
I am just wondering, when you refer to s13
That is the parts code for a 240SX in the U.S. and if that is the case what year model are you using? I am basing this on B110 =1200.

Could be silly but, did you use NGK plugs?
Sometimes Nissan/Datsun motors don't like anything but NGK's.
The 12 year old wires could add to it ........

My 2 cents

Valve Clearance 0.35mm 0.014in hot
0.25mm 0.010in cold
From 1979 Datsun 210 factory service manual. Came with both A14 and A15.
Does not say there is a difference between
the two motors as far as valve clearance.

Cheers
