Hey 72,
I got a hood through Nissan last year, it was on back order for about 3 months. I just checked and the hood is on back order and retails around $325.00 us, the trunk lid is not available. Kinda spendy for a hood but it is OEM. Just thought I'd throw in my 2 cents worth.

PS where are you in the country?
Kelmo
hood part# F5100-G1912
trunk lid part# 84300-H1000
don't know if they'll help but......
If you need part #'s for the pan pieces let me know details and I will look them up for ya

I need to move outta the states, it would make all this so much easier. Anyway, I would be intersted in tail light covers, boot cover, sides and back....I guess the whole back end of my ride needs to be covered. Would be interested in all and do you have an idea of price at this point.

Thanks
Kelly

I have always used Castrol. Seems to work well with Datsuns. I even think it is the recommended oil (at least in Chilton manual).
btw the weight I use is 20w50. There is my 2 cents worth.

dd is right, a 1974 to 1978 tank will work. All the part numbers supercede to each other eventually. I checked with Nissan and all the numbers come back as no longer available(stinkers). If yours is not too bad off a radiator shop may be able to repair it. That is what I had to do for my coupe.
Good luck......

I'm in with ddgonzal, I'd pay $4500 for a ute. Just have to get the new wife (getting married monday) to agree to spending the $. Would also like to know where the 510's are in Cal and if they have 1200 cpe's. I might have a 1200 2dr sedan shell that could go to the cause. I will be out of touch for a week, if any of the state side guys want to check into putting a ute for sedan trade together please PM me and I will check when i get back from vacation.

Having worked at Nissan dealerships for 25 years I have seen some really bad knock offs but that time piece is killer. If dodgeman is not available to check it for a few years I will gladly volunteer. Very very nice, thanks for the pic....now if I can find one.........
