I have an A15 in my B310 running an A12 carb. Performance is still very good, but now I have an option to get a downdraft Weber 32/36 for a good price but I was wondering how big an effect it would have on my fuel economy. I know they aren't as bad as sidedrafts but will it drink gas under normal city and highway driving or only when I flat my foot?

Well so far I've only owned two Datsuns. Still have them both.

First one is a 1981 B310 Sunny that I bought for $250USD.

Second one is a B210 that I got for free, just took tires, gas, coolant, oil, brake fluid and a battery and drove it from the spot.

I like the front bumper, to me it suits the car. Can't say the same for the side skirts and rear bumper. I'm thinking it would look half decent with the fenders flared out.

So even the late model A12 4 speeds (like the one in my '81 B310) are weaker than the A15 gearboxes?

hmm another problem. I'll check with the guy keeping the engine for me and see if he'll give me the exhaust as well. If not, what other options do I have?

Stanza struts are the same as B310 struts? I thought the Stanza ones carried a stiffer shock and spring. Oh well, I was going to put them on my B310 but if they're the same I may as well put them on my B210 which has all around drum brakes.
