I got these struts the other day for free. The guy said they're 160J struts. Can anyone confirm?

Here's what's marked on them:
Right strut

8X06
ATSUGI
JAPAN

Left strut
54303W5000
8X06
ATSUGI

UPDATE

So I put off swapping in the engine and went on another search for a manifold and here's what I found. H95 oval port intake manifold.

So I'll end up using my A12 carb on this or see if I can find a second hand 32/36 Weber in good condition.

I just have one more question, will my A12 exhaust bolt back up to the A15 head and manifold?

Why do you want the the A12 round port head on the 1500? I thought the oval port A15 head was supposed to be better.

OK well I'm probably going to get the engine swapped in this weekend or next weekend, will let you all know how it goes.

about lighthening..
i agree.. :)
after taking off the carpet and rear seat,
my car really feel very loud inside......

maybe there are more to strip.. like the door panel, etc etc...

theoratically, i feel that lighther car will accelerate faster,
and stop faster.

Yeah a lighter car will accelerate and stop faster. I remember reading somewhere that taking 100lbs off the car is the same as adding like 10 horsepower or something like that. I think what Mawler is trying to say is that just stripping interior pieces won't do much. To really feel a difference you would probably have to go the whole nine yards - strip interior, remove sound deadening, lightweight bucket seats, remove most/all the dashboard and use fibreglass fenders, hood, trunk etc. That's what you'd do with a race car but if this is for a road car it's a little extreme IMO.

I live in Barbados so twin sus are almost impossible to come by. Plus the engine will be going in my daily driver so with twin carbs the fuel economy won't be the best. I could probably source a single sidedraught weber and manifold to fit. This would still give me decent mileage and performance right?

Oh btw anyone know where I can find the jet sizes of the A15 carb? In case I have to end up drilling mine
