Hey Don,
I have been in touch with an engineer since day 1 and he's okay with where it's at at the moment. My ute has a length of square tube welded in the entire width of the front end under the top panel for the radiator support. It's much stronger now than it ever was! I think PIGDOG did this also? Nearly all engineers are different.
Im suprised to hear about NSW though. Is it a new thing? It wasn't that long ago that I lived there and we got quite a few cars engineered with numerous body mods to fit turbo's, piping and intercoolers.
I did hear a rumour from a good source that NSW is about to get extreemly serious with mods to cars - No engine conversions allowed and all sorts! Apparently not straight away but in the not too distant future.

Yeh, Your right Rallycar - It's a typo, It is 75mm. It's all about getting as much air through the coolers as possible.

Hit the wreckers and chase up some U bolts and nuts from a ford falcon Ute. They too have a Borg Warner diff therefore the axel tubes are the same thickness / diameter. They will be more than long enough; you will probably end up having to cut a bit of length off, if anything.

I will chase up that receipt mate...
I think they're called 'Lavish Performance - The turbo specialists'
or something like that. They're located in the southern suburbs of Sydney I think.
