These questions get asked all the time...
and everyone has their own opinion, but if your registering for the street - an engineer will have to sign off on it ( if they will ) and that's their call.
So get in touch with some.

Some advice would be - if you don't get the answer you want, keep ringing around or ask for their advice on doing something along those lines.
And in my experience, try to make their job as easy as you possibly can with as much info as you can possibly get hold of.
