Nice stash, Tom! If I didn't already have several pallets of these things on racks in the shed, I'd make the drive out to that bright spot in the desert and take them off your hands! (j/k - I can only dream...)

Touching story about a '77 B210 that originally made its home in San Diego, wound up in New York, then Vermont, then back to the West coast, now living in San Francisco.
Amazingly, after all that time back East in salt-the-roads territory, it still has intact floors, rocker panels and quarter panels.
The warmed-over A14 is still under the hood, but the dual side draught Webers have gone AWOL.
The look with the Euro bumpers is much more graceful that the OEM U.S. spec Armco barrier-style bumpers it was born with.

I'm perusing installing a 63A 5-speed onto an A12 engine.
The Tech Wiki, while having a ton of useful swap data, does not seem to address whether the engine plate (sandwiched between the engine & trans on some engine/trans combos)is used in this particular instance. My 63A has the stock A14 throw-out bearing lever, bearing collar and throw-out bearing. My A12 has the stock flywheel. Any thoughts would be appreciated!

VERY nice! Rare as unicorn teeth, esp. in this condition. I love the Chaparral style alloy rims. If only I was as rich as I am good looking, I would import this and convert it to LHD using bits from the ex-drag race project shell from the Missouri CL advert. GLWS!

Cheap project for someone looking to 'back half' a drag racer, or a decent looking donor for someone's cancer-ridden project. At the very least there's no worries about rust in the rear floors or trunk...

Well, I'll be dipped...I always thought that the NZ lads who brainstormed the SSS dipped a lot deeper into the NISMO competition catalog than they did. Thanks for the reference DD!

Wow - that is a whole bunch of lovely hot rod 1200s per capita in the fair Shaky Isles!
There are some beautiful examples shown.
Wonder if my F5C56A trans was from an organ donor vehicle related to these SSS models? (the trans came from NZ...lost my contacts in the great computer crash of 2014)
