and success with preliminary dyno tune. 122.5HP @ engine. will squeeze a few more with final tune.

Trying to get my bearings with what I have done on Coupe since July 2013 update above, but here is a basic summary:
> New Surge Tank system mounted under car, with submerged pump setup (Bosche 044) & face lift pump
new fuel lines permanently hooked up & P-clamped etc
> Relocated Battery to boot, new 8ga wiring network etc. also new remote fuel relay setup in boot area
with new heavy wiring to both fuel pumps etc (after a small electrical fry up due to under spec wiring!)
> Tidied up wiring & new looms, plastic sleeving over etc
> Fitted up my Raybrig H4 lights, and fixed my stupid damn corroded light switch assembly
> New balanced shortened drive shaft fitted up, diff filled with oil, shifter fitted with new bushes
> purchased bolts & fitted up panhard rod properly & centered up rear end
> Had Rapid Performance bleed / test braking circuit, fix leaks, and complete exhaust system
> Made my own custom spark plug leads & fitted new Coil pack
> Finished sound deadening application t o body (Dynamat with combination mass loaded vinyl layer over)
> brought a few NOS genuine parts in anticipation of final fitout, like rubber grommets, side markers,
front combination lights, armrests, Heater control valve, voltage regulator,
> Assembled all steering components & tightened all bolts, new split pins etc
> re-upholstered my front (S30/260Z) seats & overhauled the mechanical parts

Start up / tuning has been a real hassle, I had a couple of months of no real success, and that brought on a bit of a hyatus of work on the coupe while I sulked! Damn my ITB dreams!! I drove car once up my drive spluttering & misfiring before I stopped work, till I sorted out a few issues!
ECU has been away since end of September getting checked out, upgraded and faulty MAP sensor replaced,
along with adding a bluetooth tuning module to it, I finally got this back last week!

Will get some pic's up when I get a chance

But it lives it last!!!! (needs tuning obviously)

I am looking at changing my plan for the steering wheel in my kb110 project.

Looking at maybe going for a Nardi instead, depending on whether anyone is keen on purchasing my extremely good condition B210 GX wheel (complete with matching boss kit & horn) was removed from an original 1978 B210 GX with 120,000km on the clock.

Has the smaller splines on it so fits B110, B210 and also B10 (as I understand)

PM me genuine offers and we can take it from there.

Payment via paypal

After a few teething problems last week, I have managed to get it running today.
So stoked for it to finally make some music!

My EFI / ITB dream, has taken a huge amount of time & $ to bring to reality.

From seeing a V8 Lexus motor on youtube about 5 years ago, I decided to go
EFI / ITB A series on my coupe. At times I was over it, and was ready to throw it away, but I am glad I have stuck with it. I am pretty proud to finally get it running....

Be interesting to see what sort of HP it is putting out, once it is all tuned and sorted.

It is running in a base tune only, which is very rich. And my default ignition maps will need some work (running wasted spark setup, with coils driven by onboard drivers in the megasquirt ECU)

Here is a youtube link of it making some noise this afternoon:

I did a manual conversion on a GX 210 about 6 months ago, this is what you need:

+ Manual pedal box assembly
+ Gearbox, Clutch, flywheel & approproate bolts
+ Clutch cable, and the firewall guide plate
+ New spigot bush for end of your crank shaft
+ Manual Drive shaft
+ Gearbox X-member mount (auto one don't fit)
+ Gearbox lever assembly, rubber boot & knob etc

Remember to bridge out your auto inhibitor wires to get your starter/ignition system to work!
