cmon guys this is an absolute bargain. not to mention the engine will be fully rebuilt, throw in a computer and this is an eleven second package ready to go !!!!

hi guys just a bit of eoi about my ca18det ute im just doing a rebuild on the engine and am wondering if anyone would be interested in buying it i just wanna get rid of it and will even take offers of around 10 grand i paid 14 for it and have pent 20k plus so far. if anyone is keen let me know in a pm or something, cheers guys ps theres pics in my album if u arent familiar with the car.

no 2 cylinder big end failure

hi guys just wondering if no 2 cylinder big end failure is common in ca18det i pulled apart my engine after hearing loud knock ended up being the pistoon hitting the head the big end had completely removed itself from the bearing cap/journal. does anythinjg cause this is it a normal failure point on a ca18det??? lucky i run castrol edge or i dont think it wouldve been this little damage

there u go spence it wont cost more than 100 bucks to ship that from qld to nowra ud want it to be a proper tump star one not the cheap rip off ones, i once rode one of the original thumpstar brand 125's back in the day and it flipped me off in third gear, i rode some cheapo 600 ebay job and id doubt it would even do a wheelie

with the oil feed line it has to have a tiny little hole my t28 uses a 1mm orifice this is to lower the oil flow and sump return must be as high up the sump as possible

exhaust fits front duct might not turbo/i/c pipe might not the turbo looks the same but is overall slightly bigger
