you can use the standard ute leaf spring mounts just use u bolts.

heres mine its a hpi rs4 evo 3 originally came with a .18 supersport motor but i blew that up so i replaced it with a .25 savage truck engine the thing flies, two speed racing clutch adjustable coilovers swaybars and just about every aftermarket part i could get for the ki, if anyone is keen to buy it pm me i hardly ever use it i dont have time.

if ur deadset on putting something to stop the pipe coming off tig weld a small weld onto the outside in a flew places failing that turn ur mig down low and put like a 2mm bead on it and just run a flap wheel over it so its not too sharp.

unless ur runing huge boost the pipes will be fine i have nothing on mine and have run 18 psi before with just normal hose clamps, as long as theres a fair 20-30mm inside the hose it will be cool. as for the i/c mounted bov if ypoure going to do it make sure u stop swarf getting into the core coz its going to be hard to see whether its all out id steer clear myself, and just not have a bov never had any problems without one and makes a tough sound too.

hey guys just thought id let people know coz im heaps happy just got a part time arvo job working at a minto/sydney based workshop doing all custom fab work and some mechanical work and machining. the place is called in th red performance and hav a website by the same name inthered.com.au take a look and email the owner if u are interested in getting work done. we specialise in honda n/a and also turbo, nissan and mazda rotary but will work on anything. cheers guys.

with front mount air filter 3 inch exhaust you will be able to run around 13.5 seconds
