Haha, the zero lash rubbish is how to get a rough setting for roller rockers on an LS1 motor.
I had set the clearance at 0.014 (hot) but was still getting a lot of valve train noise.
Might let it run a bit longer and have another crack.

What is the correct way to set Yella Terra roller rockers? Zero lash then half a turn?

Has anybody got any clever ideas on what to do with the breather at the back of an A15 motor.
Just put a filter on it?

Sorry, didn't explain myself too well.

Ideally i'd like to put two single filters on (mainly cos it looks cool).

K and N have listings for single filters for Dellortos but they are too wide to use as a pair.

I'm sure i've seen twin Dellortos fitted with single K and N's.

Anybody got part numbers?

Does anybody know if K and N make a filter that will fit twin 40mm DHLA Dellortos. They are quite close together and those listed on their website are too wide.

SORTED!
Gave up on trying to find a longer bearing carrier and had the shorter one extended. Ended up cutting it in half and loctiting in a stepped steel spacer.

Great, looks like a longer carrier should sort it.
Which Datsun models had this longer bearing carrier fitted?
Any Datsun fiends in NZ reading this that can help me out?

Haven't got to that stage yet. The engine and gearbox are out of the car.
