Just had another look at the phto man. On second thought I reckon it is A12. I thought the rocker gasket was the sump one. Pretty confident it is a12 though. However sounds like the price is too high.

DatoRacer: You must have been running some hell giant brakes. I run the std MC with ca18det silvia brakes and it bled up fine. Did a one man bleed job on it. Also running KE30 corolla drums at the rear.

I am running the std MC that came with the drum brakes on ca18det brakes and it runs fine. Perhaps your MC is now stuffed. Sounds like it.

When you pumped the pedal to push the air out did you let it go all the way to the floor? If so you have now screwed the seal in the MC and you will need to reseal it or get another one. When bleeding brakes you should only push the pedal slightly. The best way to do it is by hand. The pedal should not touch the floor.

I had this happen in a hilux 4wd I owned. The person before me who bled the brakes pushed the pedal too far and screwed the seal in the MC thus causing it suck in air everytime I pushed the pedal. I was always having a spongy pedal no matter how much I bled it.

I have them at all 4 corners in my sedan. My car is setup for tarmac rally. Gives me good adjustability to suit my driving style.

According to the files on my computer these are the ones that were put up earlier. An undercoated coupe revving its nuts off?

Yup, I had an absolute blast out there. Also had my hands full trying to keep the bloody datsun in a straight line most of the day. You can't really tell in that foto but the ass end was sitting 2inches higher than the front. Made for some entertaining moments. Next year my times should be right up there with L18_B110's. I hope.
