On the way to work at 545am I split a radiator hose. Coasted to a stop a km away thanks to the lack of emergency bays. By the time I stopped the A12 was making some very evil sounds. I am very worried. I am supposed to be racing on Saturday. Keep you all posted.
L18_B110 in his Lseries race coupe and myself in my turbo 1200 sedan will be competing out at the Willowbank Autocross track on champions way if you guys are interested. This is the first special test of many during the day. Directions will be handed out to anybody who wishes to follow the event throughout the day.
I bought one because L18_B110 had a sedan in his backyard and he sold it to me cheap to use as a race car. Damn cheap to mod/purchase and I must say it is fun to drive. I am also amazed at how many waves and thumbs up you get driving around in a phat 1200. Seriously considering getting another as a daily driver and making it alittle more comfy than the race car.
Your pressure plate is probably the culprit here. Not enough clamp for the power your motor is putting out. Your best bet is to take your flywheel, clutch plate and pressure plate down to your local clutch specialist and get him to make you a newand better setup.
