I know a cheap way of getting high compression in the A15 with standard Datsunparts, use A15 block and crankshaft with A14 conrods and pistons.... you have to use A14 head because the pistons comes out of the cylindes about 2mm. I used a semirace camshaft that lifts 11,16mm so I had to cut out room for the valves in the pistons, the compression is about 12,5 so I had to drive it with octanbooster (100octane).
