Are you sure thar the engine in your F10 is a A14?? There are not many shock/spring options, yhe easiest way is to shorten your stock shockabsorbers and find a suitable stiffer spring, Volvo 142 or 360 may fit. If you have a A14 engine in your car there are many easy ways to improve performance and I have never seen any problems with everyday reliability if you don

Hi Mikali!! You could have some workshop to perform a leakdown test on your engine. With that test you can see if it

this is not necessary at all, exhaust in turbo chamber is highly pressurised and it doesnt need to b bigger to flow more, pressure will make it flow more. u need a combo of exhaust flow of valves+exhaust chambers+headers+turbinne housing/nozzle+exhaust pipes. and this chain starts from end>>>>to first, so modifiying valves comes in last. and instead of going bigger u should first try to get their material improved then their springs and then size, the exhaust flow should b not more then your headers and turbo can handle easily, as back pressure in this area. reduces valve life, and can increase temperature when not needed. thse details r not important in most turbo applications but your case is 200HP from 1500 CC and that is more then 100% increase from stock engine so take care of your valve material etc.
That

Hi AFRacer When I wrote that my engine was built for 200hp I meant that every part used is either changed to better or modified to cope for 200hp, the fuelpump+regulator+fuellines are bigger (250hp), the IHIRHB5 gives 208hp, (if that isn
