Hey why don't you try and contact that old man on youtube -- REDLINE --he makes panels door skins etc.The old man seems to know the f/glass business. I've watched him and made a few panels of my own [the wrong way i may add] but it works. I don't use the patch f/glass only woven cos it works great [like carbon fiber] you can make it look like c/f too.--Spray it grey/silver then take the non-slip goodie you put under your couch pillows [small block shaped like sardine net] to prevent it from sliding and wrap it around then spray black then remove and clear laq.---OH he is Aussie chap

Hey DD i gotta smile when i see this post and the d/cab ute post.I tried to do some reading but the server was down so i was re-directed to [think] Foxmos or s/thing to that effect.--they do some survey --anyway datsun 1200 was one of the most viewed WORLDWIDE and then on top was your name DDgonzal--anyway dont ask any ques cos i just got to this site sorta by the way.NOW to get back to your post about the shop in Brakpan well thats a suburb in JO'burg or GAUTENG and most of these places still deal in datsun /nissan parts. ---Remember there's great respect for the ute [bakkie] in South Africa. The 1200/1400 is known as THE BAKKIE THAT BUILT SOUTH AFRICA cos they used them all over

Hey mate just had a look at the shell and your shell looks the same as my one.The rust is in the same place only i was blessed with a little bit extra [driver side floor also rusted] You have done a great job with the shell so far but it's bit much for me as i'm just gonna use it to mess around.Anyway keep going i'll be watching the progress.

Just asking cos i still got an old set of h/caps i was going to sell BUT then big surprise -- shipping is about 5 times the price of the goods.I eventually said he can get it free -- just gotta wait for s/body to come over on holiday.Anyway if it is i've still got them all wrapped in a box. -- not going to pay 1g but i'll still give it to s/body that goes to aus.
