Thanks guys. I've just started to learn CAD and I was hoping to use the DXF file to play around. I have an A15 I will be injecting in the near future so seemed like a good way to learn.

I would contact Baz at Datsport in Adelaide. He hasn't updated his website but I know he has been doing a lot work on his rubbers. Plus he is straight up and down. He should be able to tell you how they fit before you buy.
If you can not turn your fan by hand with the belt off, your water pump is seized. This would be the reason that it spat the belt and also explains the noise. The belt being off is the reason why your charge light is on ( alternator not turning ). I'm confused about the puff of smoke.
Replace the pump and belt. This is simple enough so don't stress too much.
