They have a sperical bearing in the camber plate. thats how they work. no need for adding a bearing to them

h165 should be alright, but single spinning everywhere wont doit any favours. Im looking at the trd lsd conversion for the rear of mine and that should see me right with ~200hp. as long as its wheelspinning it should break stuff to much, haha, no traction no worries

I think you will find that a boosted a series will start breaking things but only when you can find traction. haha

first and second will be too low to load the engine up enough, It will be at full boost in 3rd that gearboxs and diffs will be running scared

wow, what an original insult revhead, play the age card, good one.

to go along with those 208rwkw sr20det's there are also some 400rwkw drag sr's floating around. look at the spec list for them, big turbo, forged internals, head work, big turbo specific cam etc etc. now look at the spec list for this engine. In no way am I saying that it will be a 400kw engine but it should easily see 180rwkw. I agree with the fact that people underestimate the hell out of these engines, and the biggest factor for this engine making those numbers and having some resemblance of reliabilty will lie in the tune.

as for ignition trigger just adapt a CAS to your dizzy drive, is a much more elegant solution than a EDIS setup

I am currently in the process of building up a turbo a15 for my ute and I dont see your 180kw as out of the question at all. I am using a stock crank with the best quality bearings I could buy, stock piston with an enlarged bowl to reduce comp ratio and a fully balanced bottom end, I have an ex race big ported and valved gx head, zx10r quad throttle bodies and a megasquirt injection setup and I should be seeing 200hp without too much trouble if the tune is right. with your forged internals and a few more goodies than mine you should be able to squeeze a few more ponies than mine will have. good luck and I will keep an eye on progress
