I just came accros this thread. I noticed someone saying 180rwkw is optimistic.

I home built my A14 carb turbo (using standard hitachi carb) and managing 107rwkw at 0.9bar with no intercooler and using a T3/T4 Garret (Airesearch) turbo with stage 3 turbine 0.48 exhaust housing and AR.60 compressor running a 57trim comp wheel.. best of al it is a Stock motor, I only recently fitted Langley SSS turbo pistons to lower the comp slightly, other than that it is STOCK top and Stock bottom..

The entire built took me 2 days.. here are some pics shortly after the initial install.
