G'day all I often read all of the messages you guys put up here and it is a learning experance for me. I have a 1973 1200 coupe which I'm trying to do up.I also bought a 1977 120y(b210)which has an a14 with a 5 speed in it ( 5th gear being overdrive). My question is does the crossmember from the 120y fit into my 1200? It appears to be about 1" to wide,do i have to re-drill the bolt holes in it? Any help will be greatfull Thanks Brian.

G'day I have just done the same thing with some C20 wheeles and had the same problem.I had some old brake drums and went to an engineers work shop and had them turned down. This gave me a 5mm spacer plate with the right stud pattern. The best part is it cost me $50 bucks and picked up the next day.You can also buy longer wheel studs from your local REPCO store.I am running 165 wheels and thay just miss the strut.I hope this can help you.
