Take a photo of the inside of the oil cap and rockers and post it up. It looks like whipped cream... this indicates that there is water mixed with the oil, which is generally a result of a blown head gasket. This also explain why it runs hot and does not idle smoothly.

Had a look at the car this morning, it has rust in the firewall/fender seem and has a blown head gasket. the photo's that are posted are old.
