I'm kinda new here and I've been reading the posts here for a few weeks and I wanted to know :
How many amps does an alternator of a 1200 have? Reason being i want to put in two 12" subs with a 800 watt amp and am wondering if the alternator will be able to handle everthing.

thankz,the 1200 is a sedan one badge is on the rear left and the other is on the right,carb is only one and manifold is std.so this is a deluxe then?

Hi,I am a 16year old who just got my first car today,yes it`s a 1200 datsun.But my problem is there is a gx badge on one side and a deluxe badge on the other.How will i know what body i have and what 1200 engine is in without taking off things as i have no knowledge of engines.
