The car has a welded diff..... I still have some issues with the car running rich, I'm now wondering if it's because I have a different turbo on it.. Any thoughts?

I have no clue how old the injectors are.... I doubt it'll be those though because all of the spark plugs are black and what are the odds that all of the injectors are faulty.... any other ideas?

I checked the ecu for codes and it's clear.... I'll check the resistance at the ecu for the temp sender when I start it next.. just a quick question... how sensitive are these engine to fuel pressure? reason I ask is because I have an aeromotive fuel pressure regulator and have tried playing around with that to compensate for the rich condition by lowering the pressure to 20psi at idle with vacuum and roughly 28psi static

I checked the coil pack for battery voltage.. good I checked for continuity on ground circuit .... good I removed all injectors and cleaned them .... doubt all 4 are leaking
changed the plugs again last night and the car ran like a beast for about half an hour and then started to run on 3 cylinders.. pulled all the plugs and all were black and fowled... any other advice? also someone was telling me that it could be the air flow sensor... I checked it against the factory service manual and it's within specifications ... running out of ideas here guys
